Awesome
Chop the ends off some brussels sprouts and peel off the leaves. Spread the leaves on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roast at 450 until they’re crispy — maybe 5-10 min.
